What we cannot help with
We are an independent review site — not a retailer, not a manufacturer. We hold no stock and process no orders.
- Orders, deliveries, refunds or returns — contact the retailer you bought from.
- Warranty claims or repairs — contact the manufacturer.
- Requests to add, remove or improve a ranking. Rankings are not for sale and never will be.
- Sponsored posts, paid links or link insertions. We do not accept these at any price.
Why there is no contact form
Forms on a static site either need a server we do not run, or a third-party script that loads tracking code on every visit and takes your details through someone else's database. A plain email address is faster for you, lighter for the site, and keeps your message between you and us.
